The project
In Kluisbergen, we are constructing a modern three-storey office building on behalf of Trayco.
With a total surface area of 1,600 m² and an impressive length of 80 metres, the building provides space for a contemporary working environment in which architecture and material selection are carefully aligned.

The works
Concrete plays a central role in this project, both structurally and aesthetically. The entire load-bearing structure is executed in exposed concrete, combining prefabricated elements with in-situ cast walls finished in smooth formwork.
The interior is likewise shaped in concrete, allowing the structural concept to remain both visibly and tangibly present. The cantilevered canopies projecting beyond the façade are cast using board-formed shuttering, creating a warm and refined texture that adds depth and character to the architectural expression.
