The project
The office building for Fluvius is located at the Blauwe Toren business park in Bruges.
Spanning a 12,500 m² site, the development provides a 3,000 m² office environment designed to accommodate 150 employees. The complex combines three above-ground levels with a warehouse facility and places strong emphasis on sustainability. Solar panels, a Borehole Energy Storage (BTES) field and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles form integral parts of the concept.
An innovative raised access floor system and climate ceilings ensure maximum flexibility. The advanced curtain wall façade system, finished with Dekton panels, gives the building a contemporary architectural identity.

The works
The delivery of the Fluvius office building requires advanced technical expertise and specialised skills. Sustainable energy systems, the complex façade cladding, the climate ceiling and the raised access floor are just a few examples of the high-performance components integrated into the project.
The surrounding green setting is an essential part of the overall concept. In close collaboration with ION and Fluvius, every aspect of the construction is carefully coordinated.
