The project

Along the E17 motorway in Waregem, we are constructing a brand-new multifunctional building on behalf of G&V Energy Group. On the site of the existing service station, a forward-looking complex is rising, featuring a spacious retail shop, dining areas and terraces on both the ground floor and the first floor.

Customers will be able to enjoy a variety of food concepts by Breakpoint or relax while their vehicle is charging.

The second floor will house a training centre for internal staff training for G&V Breakpoint employees, as well as flexible office spaces. Architecturally, the building will stand out as a landmark, with impressive 6-metre-high glass façades, a combination of masonry and architectural concrete, and the integration of sustainable technologies such as a heat pump system.

The works

As contractor, we are delivering this project from start to finish. We are responsible for the earthworks, the construction of the structural framework, and the installation of high-quality materials such as glass, masonry and architectural concrete. In addition, we ensure the integration of innovative sustainable technologies, including the installation of a heat pump system. We also coordinate the collaboration with architect Piet Bailyu Project Architects and structural engineering consultancy Cobe to translate the distinctive architectural vision into a functional and sustainable building.
