The project
The student residence on Burgemeester Vercruysselaan in Kortrijk is a contemporary development for Studentcomfort.
Designed by Markland, the project comprises 95 student rooms, a bicycle storage facility and a multifunctional space. The location offers students a modern living environment with a strong focus on comfort and functionality.
The design combines contemporary architecture with practical amenities tailored to today’s student needs. The short construction timeline and prefabricated approach ensured an efficient and high-quality delivery.

The works
Furnibo is responsible for the complete structural works of the student residence, applying an innovative prefabrication methodology. Our in-house prefab masonry production is a key component in ensuring an efficient construction process.
Our scope includes the full structural realisation of the building, with particular attention to quality and technical precision. In close collaboration with the architects and engineering consultants, every aspect of the project is carefully coordinated to guarantee a seamless and high-standard execution.
