The project
Amand 47 is a contemporary student housing development located at Amandsplein in Kortrijk.
The complex consists of two buildings accommodating 57 rooms, three shared living kitchens, 60 bicycle parking spaces and six car parking spaces. Its location is ideal, within close proximity to the city centre, universities, colleges and the banks of the River Leie.
A landscaped inner courtyard of 525 m² offers students a calm and pleasant living environment. Sustainability lies at the heart of the project, with innovative technologies such as heat pumps, solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems.
The development delivers modern, comfortable and future-oriented student accommodation.

The works
Furnibo is responsible for the complete structural works of Amand 47 for ION.
Our scope includes the construction of the two student residence buildings, with particular attention to sustainable technologies and spatial quality. Our technical expertise focuses on the careful execution of both the residential units and the shared facilities.
In close collaboration with the client, every aspect of the project is delivered with precision and in line with the highest quality standards.
