The project
Troon 17 in Ostend is a prestigious residential development along the seafront, delivered on behalf of Global Estate Group.
The project comprises the construction of 123 apartments across four buildings, including one high-rise tower, as well as the restoration of the characterful façade of the former KHBO building.

The works
Furnibo was responsible for the full execution of the project, from structural works to final finishes, including two underground levels with a combined surface area of 9,000 m².
In addition to the structural construction, we carried out the restoration of the existing façade, ensuring full respect for its historic character.
We also provided comprehensive customer guidance throughout the project, with a strong focus on personalised follow-up and tailor-made solutions for each buyer.
