The project
The residential project, designed by A1AR architecten & more, comprises two apartment buildings with 28 and 14 residential units respectively. Both volumes are built above a shared underground parking garage of more than 1,800 m². A commercial unit is also integrated into the development.
The architecture of the two buildings is distinct, featuring variation in façade materials and roof forms. Pitched and flat roofs alternate, creating a harmonious integration within the surrounding environment.

The works
Particular attention was paid during the execution phase to the diversity in finishes and detailing. The combination of façade materials required meticulous coordination between the various partners involved.
The construction of the large underground parking facility also demanded precision and careful planning. Thanks to an efficient approach, the project was delivered with a strong focus on both aesthetics and functionality. The site progressed smoothly and was carried out with full respect for the surrounding environment.
