Investing in our people means investing in safe construction sites. We regularly organise training sessions that not only strengthen technical skills but also contribute to a strong safety culture. These include topics such as working safely at height, operating a telehandler, and proper slinging techniques. Theory and practice always go hand in hand.
During our annual SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) meeting, all employees come together. We reflect on the past year and set clear objectives for the future. This meeting also prepares us for the VCA** audit, a certification that demonstrates our genuine commitment to safety and health.
A forward-thinking approach
For us, safety does not stop at the school gate. We actively invest in young talent as well. Through workplace learning, students gain hands-on experience on our construction sites and in our prefab division as part of their education. From the very beginning, they learn just how important it is to work safely.
