The project
In Sint-Niklaas, Clementwijk Veld 17 forms part of a green and sustainable residential development.
The project comprises 14 family homes with private gardens and 38 apartments, distributed across two volumes featuring generous terraces and an underground basement of approximately 2,100 m². The new neighbourhood combines high residential quality with a strong focus on sustainability and liveability.
Both the houses and the apartments are heated באמצעות geothermal energy, individually for the homes and collectively for the apartments. In collaboration with Noven, a ‘Heat as a Service’ model is offered, providing a forward-looking energy solution that combines comfort with environmental responsibility.

The works
Clementwijk in Sint-Niklaas has been designed with particular attention to soft mobility. Cyclists and pedestrians are given priority, including a centrally located bicycle storage facility within the development.
Cars are accommodated in an underground parking garage or in one of the open parking areas situated along the northern and eastern edges of the site.
